Santander Scholarship (2016)

There are two University of Sussex Santander Postgraduate Scholarships for 2015. These scholarships are available for students starting their postgraduate taught masters degree in any academic school, excluding the Brighton and Sussex Medical School, at the University in September 2016. Each scholarship will take the form of a £5,000 tuition fee reduction for one year only.

The University of Sussex Santander Postgraduate Scholarships 2016 will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and a short personal statement demonstrating an interest and passion in enterprise and entrepreneurship.

Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at Sussex.

Where awards are made in relation to a fee waiver no fee award will exceed the total fee payable.

Eligibility

In order to be considered for the Santander scholarship you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be permanently domiciled in one of the following countries:
    • Argentina
    • Brazil
    • Chile
    • Colombia
    • Mexico
    • Peru
    • Puerto Rico
    • Uruguay
    • USA
    • Venezuela
  • Hold an offer of a study place on a full time Masters course for entry in September 2016. Please note courses in the Brighton and Sussex Medical School are excluded.
  • Intend to remain on the programme for which the scholarship is offered.
